Oatmeal Banana Pancakes
These pancakes are quick, easy, healthy, and filling. Perfect for breakfast - or, if you’re like me, breakfast for dinner.
Serves: 4 (about 12 pancakes)
Time: 10 minutes

Vegan Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3/4 c old fashioned oats
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Cook on stove.
3. Serve with agave nectar or maple syrup.Serves 2-3 people.
